General Introduction

You can pay online using most major credit cards, so you need an e-mail address and a valid credit card when you register. Unfortunately we cannot take payment online using Maestro and some other types of debit card.

If you do not have a suitable credit or debit card, or you would rather pay by cheque, please send an e mail to runforthefuture@bui.ac.uk or phone the Run for the Future office on 0117 323 6328, leaving your name and address and a registration form will be sent to you

Entry fee, T shirts and sponsorship

The Entry fee for individuals is £15 for adults and £12 for children under 18 years old; or £45 for families of up to 5 individuals, which must include at least 1 adult and one child; or £35 for families of up to 3 individuals which must include at least 1 adult and 1 child. Teams can be entered but all members of the team will be charged at the individual rate.
These fees cover organising and running the event on the day, it includes the cost of your T shirt to be worn for the Run and your medal that you'll receive at the end.
As part of the registration process you will be sent a sponsorship form for you to use. We hope that participants will try to raise a suggested £100 sponsorship.

Registration

You may register yourself as an individual or register yourself and others as members of your family or of a team. You need to enter your own details first in the boxes below.

When you select family or team you will then be able to enter the other members of your family or team in an appropriate box that will be presented to you.

Please indicate the size of t shirt you need, and the sizes for your family or team members, in the boxes below.

If you would like to make a donation via your credit card, you need to click on the Donations tab where you will be taken through a separate process.

Run for the Future collects personal information when you register. The Bristol Urological Institute will use this information to provide you with an event pack, acknowledgement of sponsorship if received and, if you agree, to send you information about future runs and of our other charity activities. Bristol Urological Institute will not share your information for marketing purposes with other organisations or companies.
